4 days to go...
Pete arrived in town on Sunday afternoon with a pile of goods equally impressive as my own. We layed it all out in the living room and began to comb through it, leaving behind a few items we didn't need, and sorting the rest into seperate bins. Below you can see the chaos we had to go through.
Somehow we had to get all of the above into all of the below:
Pete had family day off so he spent all of yesterday packing, arranging, rearranging, rearranging, rearranging, etc, etc... Until he finally came up with a pretty darn good layout.
Meanwhile I've been tasked with cooking 12 meals of curry, and sorting out our breakfast situation. I've almost got the oatmeal sorted, just a few nuts short of a full breakfast, and I've got the fixings for a mountain of curry so that will be tonights task. We also have to install the second battery tonight in the Jeep, hopefully the parts will be in today, only problem is I ordered half the cable I needed, whoops!

I'm such a newbie, I should be embarrassed... what kind of lens did you use for the gear shot??
ReplyDeleteNot to worry, it is a Canon 10-22 superwide angle. Pete just picked it up for the trip, its awesome. Hope to use it for a lot of landscape shots.
